We work with the client to understand their specific needs and requirements for the project. We want to understand the desired outcome, the specific skill set needed, the timeline, and the budget. Once we have a clear understanding of the requirements, we can start identifying the right fit.

We have a pool of talented professionals, and we'll select the ones who match the client's specific needs, preferences, and culture. If we do not currently have someone on the bench, we can also tap other talent pools (i.e. of partners) or recruit. We'll provide resumes and portfolios of the potential candidates to the client for review, and we'll schedule interviews to ensure that the client is happy with the selection.

Once the client has selected the preferred candidate(s), we'll present the offer and the terms of the engagement. If the client approves, we'll start the onboarding process. If not, we'll continue to work with them until we find the right fit.

Upon approval, we'll begin the onboarding process which includes setting up the infrastructure and tools needed for the candidate(s) to work effectively, providing training and documentation, and aligning the candidate(s) with the client's team and culture. We'll also ensure that the candidate(s) have a clear understanding of the project goals, timelines, and communication channels.

We believe in creating long-lasting relationships with our clients, which is why we offer continuous support during our staff augmentation services. We will be monitoring the added resources and be checking in with the client to make sure the quality of the work is up to their standards and aid them with any potential problems that might arise along the way to ease the impact they can cause.
